EVT3D is browser-based 3D event design software for the live-event industry. Lay out the show — stage, seating, truss, LED, lighting, drape — at real-world dimensions, then send your client a private link they can walk through on any device.

No 3D background required, nothing to install. The library carries event gear at true size, the builders generate staging, seating, and rigging to spec, and every change autosaves to the cloud as you work.

Kickoff, live: the Wizard lays out your starting room.

This is the studio's own Event Wizard. Pick what you're creating and it lays out the stage, screens, seating and FOH to spec. Try a General Session below: drag the walls and the stage line and watch the capacity update. It doubles as a quick space study.

Brief to approval in three moves.

  1. 01 · KICKOFF

    Start from a structured room.

Pick the event type, give the Wizard the room and the headcount, and it lays out the stage, screens and seating to spec.

  2. 02 · CONCEPT

Shape it with tools that speak event.

Move the stage, restack the seating, hang the truss and light the room — at real dimensions, with real products.

  3. 03 · DELIVER

Hand it to the next conversation.

Send a link the client walks through in any browser, revise together, and pass the approved concept to production.

Experience your event before it ever happens.

When we say experience the design, we mean it. Jump into any seat and take in the room the way an attendee will: check the sightlines, watch the video on the screens, see how the lighting lands.

Chair View in a ballroom: the cursor holds a chair, the view drops to that seat, looks around the room, then moves to a seat in the front row.
  • Sit in any seat

Press and hold a chair and you're in it, at seated eye height. Hold another to change seats.

  • Know which seat you're in

Every chair names its section, row and seat, so everyone is talking about the same one.

  • Bring the client along

Anyone with the share link can sit in seats too, in any browser, or follow your Viewpoints as a guided tour.

A 3D library that speaks event.

Real event gear at the sizes it ships in — staging, seating, lounge furniture, lecterns, scenic and LED — including vendor catalogs like Cort. Search it, drop it into your room, clone it into a layout. No modeling step.

Search the library, place a Cort Lena chair, clone it into a panel.
  • Not a game engineNo physics sim, no scripting.
  • Not a CAD packageNo stamped plan sets — it exports DXF and FBX to the tools that make them.
  • Not a lighting consoleVisualizes lighting intent; no DMX required.
  • Not a render farmClient-ready stills in about a minute; hero broadcast frames stay with VFX.

Call-out packets for pricing — automated.

Every design carries a production spec sheet — floorplan, seat counts, panel grids, shop drawings, cut patterns — measured off the model instead of retyped from it. It's the packet you send out for quotes, and it redraws itself the moment the design changes.

Pro feature

When the library doesn't carry it, generate it.

Every show has the one piece no catalog stocks. In the Prop Shop, describe it or hand it a photo and it comes back as a real 3D model — textured, sized by you, and filed in your library like anything else you'd drag into the room.

Describe it

Plain English — “a carved wooden pedestal, fluted shaft, cream finish.” Queue as many as you like.

From an image

A product shot, a site photo, a mood-board frame. Drop the file or paste from the clipboard.

Not for gear that has to measure upName an object and it nails it; give it dimensions and it returns something plausible at the wrong size. Decking, truss, LED, and seating stay with the parametric builders, which build to the inch.

3D generation powered byMeshy

Teams that have to get to approval before they can build.

Event designers & creative directors

Ideate in the room at full scale. Try the wide stage against the thrust, swap the Look, and see the answer instead of debating it.

Producers & account teams

Walk the client through it live, or send the link ahead of the call. The conversation happens inside the design instead of around a deck.

Technical & pre-production

Capacity, sightlines, and clearances checked against real dimensions — with a floorplan, spec sheet, and DXF/FBX export for the drawings.

Production companies & agencies

One shared canvas for scenic, video, lighting, and account. Team libraries and reusable Assemblies keep the house style in every pitch.

And the client? They need nothing at all. The link opens the design in their browser — no account, no install, nothing to learn.

For Vendors

Put your product line in every design.

Producers and designers try your products in their room, in real time — placing, swapping, and walking the design with the client before anything is ordered. When they pick yours, the order comes to you.

  • Free listing while we're in beta
  • Your products in the library every EVT3D designer builds from
  • Delivery zones on a map — show up where you actually ship
  • Product lines and pricing you manage yourself, updated live
  • Selection stats — how often each product gets placed, and where
  • Click-through tracking — every designer sent to your site to order
  • No 3D model? We'll convert your products for you (quoted per project)

Note: EVT3D doesn't take orders or hold inventory — buyers come to you, and quotes and orders run through your own channels.

Tried in the design, not on a spec sheet

Producers drop your products straight into the room they're building and see exactly how they look on the stage, in the venue, under the lights. The decision gets made right there — with your gear in it.

Your catalog, your rules

You control what's live: current product lines, delivery zones, pricing, and more. Retire a product, add a new one, redraw a service area — it's updated in every designer's library.

See what's working

Know how often your products get picked, which items pull the most weight, where the projects are, and how many designers clicked through to your site to order. All from your own easy-to-use Vendor Portal.

Start free. Pay when it starts paying you.

Free gets you a real project in 3D with the library, a share link your client can walk through, and VR. Paid plans open every builder, drop the watermark, and add the team.
