EVT3D
For vendor partners· EVT3D 2026.1

Your catalog, center stage
in every pitch.

EVT3D is the interactive 3D platform event-production teams use to design live shows. When your products live in our catalog, designers spec them in real venues — and you see exactly how, where, and how often.

Designers reach for the brands they already see in the canvas. Be one of them.

No ads. No bidding. Just searchable, browsable, drag-and-drop ready inventory in front of the people who write the spec.

  1. M.01

    Designed-in, not bolted-on

Your products live inside the design canvas — dragged, placed, scaled while the show is being conceived. That's when specification decisions actually get made.

  2. M.02

    Specified in context

Clients see your gear in the room, against the audience, on the deck — not as page seven of a PDF. Spec decisions stick when they're framed by the venue.

  3. M.03

    Carried into every pitch

Every interactive client review carries your brand with it. One link, any browser, your products in the design — without the designer lifting a finger.

  4. M.04

    Direct line to the buyer

Customer leads land in your inbox, not a marketplace queue. We don't insert a transaction layer. The conversation is yours.

  5. M.05

    Self-serve catalog control

Edit specs, swap photos, mark items end-of-life with a replacement. No emailing PDFs and waiting two weeks for someone to update a database.

  6. M.06

    Honest service zones

Draw the territory you actually deliver to. Customers see coverage at a glance; you stop chasing leads three states out of range.

Three steps from signup to first spec

01
Apply

Tell us who you are. Sixty seconds.

Company name, contact email, what you make. We send a confirmation right away and review your application personally — your portal access lands within 24 hours.

02
Upload

Drop the products you already ship.

GLB, glTF, OBJ, or FBX — we run them through the optimization pipeline so they perform on the web. Add photos, spec sheets, pricing notes.

03
Track

Watch your portal light up.

When designers place your products in real projects, your portal fills with usage counts, geographic reach, and 90-day trends. See which SKUs work — and which ones need a second look.

A vendor portal built for sales-engineering, not back-office data

The Stats tab gives you the same signal a venue catalog gives a tour rep — except it's live, per-SKU, and tied to the projects designers are actually building right now.

Frequently asked, plainly answered

Does this cost anything?

No. There's no listing fee, no commission, and no contract. We make money from the design teams who use the platform — partners are part of what makes it valuable to them.

Do customers buy through EVT3D?

Not in v1. Customers spec your products inside their event designs and contact you directly to rent or buy. You stay in control of the sales conversation start to finish.

What 3D formats do you accept?

GLB and glTF natively. We also accept OBJ and FBX, run through an optimization pipeline so they perform on the web. ZIP uploads are accepted only when the archive contains a glTF bundle (.gltf + .bin + textures) — a zipped 3ds Max, Maya, or SketchUp scene won't work; export to GLB or glTF first. SketchUp / Vectorworks native support is on the roadmap.

Can multiple people on my team manage the catalog?

Yes. The first signup becomes a Vendor Admin and can invite teammates as Admins or Members from the portal. Admins can edit anything; Members can edit catalog entries.

What if I want to discontinue a product?

Mark it as archived and (optionally) suggest a replacement. In-flight projects keep working; new designs see the replacement instead — no broken specs.

Where do customer leads go?

Directly to your contact email. We never gate the connection or insert ourselves between you and the customer. The platform is the catalog, not the broker.

Do I need a 3D model of every product?

Eventually, yes — that's how it gets placed in scenes. If you don't have models ready, our team can convert from your existing CAD/photogrammetry/SketchUp on a quoted basis.

Can I see usage data per SKU?

Yes. The Stats tab shows project counts, the cities and venues where your gear is being placed, and a 90-day trend per SKU. Useful for catalog pruning and demand forecasting.
