EVT3D
3D event rendering

3D rendering for events, in real time.

EVT3D renders your event in 3D while you design it. The venue, the stage, the LED walls, the lighting and the audience are drawn live in your browser at real-world dimensions, so the picture you work in is the picture your client sees.

When you need a still for a proposal, take a Capture: a high-resolution image of the same view. When you need the client to understand the whole room, send them a link and let them walk through it.

Free plan, no credit card. Nothing to install.

What an event rendering is for

A rendering is how an event gets approved before anything is built. It shows the client and the sponsors what the room will feel like, proves the stage and screens fit the venue, and gives the production team a shared picture to quote and plan from.

It is also where problems turn up early: a screen the back rows can't read, a deck too tall for the ceiling, a truss line over the wrong seats.

How EVT3D renders an event

  • Real-time rendering in the browser. Every change shows up as you make it, with no render queue to wait on.
  • Lighting with live shadows: spot, point, area and directional lights, fixtures built in the Light Shop, and simulated up- and downlight washes on drape, walls and cycs.
  • Venues from the catalog arrive with their own lighting, so a modeled ballroom looks like the room it is.
  • Looks save a full state of the scene — lighting, screen content, scenic changes — so you can show the walk-in, the keynote and the awards moment from one design.
  • Video and still content on LED walls and screens, including live I-MAG camera feeds.

From the 3D scene to client-ready images

  • Capture: a high-resolution still of any camera view, on every plan (watermarked on Free).
  • Saved cameras and Viewpoints, so the hero shot, the view from the back row and the view from FOH are one click each. Paid plans capture every Viewpoint in one batch.
  • AI Enhance: an optional one-click photoreal finish on a Capture that keeps your layout and brand colors. The Capture stays the faithful picture of the design.
  • Viewpoint Tour: chain your viewpoints into a guided walkthrough for a review or a pitch.
  • Share Mode: a private, revocable link that opens the live 3D design in any browser, and in a VR headset browser, with no account for the viewer.

What you can put in the rendering

Everything in an EVT3D rendering is built from event gear at true size: stage decks and steps, truss and chain hoists, LED panels, projection screens, drape, cycs, tension fabric, seating sections and banquet rounds, people for scale, and floral centerpieces. When the library doesn't carry a piece, the Prop Shop draws it from a profile, and paid plans upload your own GLB, GLTF, OBJ or FBX models.

Real-time rendering and rendering services

A rendering studio works from a brief and delivers finished stills, and each round of changes is another turnaround. EVT3D puts the rendering in the designer's hands: you move the stage in the meeting, and the client sees the new version on the same link.

Some teams still send hero images to a studio for a final polish. EVT3D's job is everything before that: the concept, the revisions and the approval.

Questions we get

What is a 3D event rendering?

A 3D picture of an event before it happens: the venue with the stage, screens, lighting, seating and décor in place, used to sell the concept, win approval and plan production.

How long does an event rendering take in EVT3D?

There is no separate rendering step. The scene renders in real time as you build it, and a Capture of any view takes a moment. The Event Wizard can lay out a starting room with stage, screens and seating for you to refine.

Are EVT3D renderings photorealistic?

The real-time view uses physically based materials, real lights and shadows, and baked venue lighting. For a photoreal finish on a still, AI Enhance repaints a Capture while keeping the layout and brand colors.

Can my client see the rendering without an account?

Yes. A Share Mode link opens the design read-only in the client's browser, or in a VR headset browser, with nothing to install and no sign-up.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The free plan needs no credit card. Captures and share links on Free carry a small EVT3D watermark that comes off on paid plans.
