EVT3D
Event floor plans

Event floor plans in 3D, from the room to the last chair.

EVT3D lays out event floor plans in 3D at real dimensions. Start from a modeled venue or the venue's own floorplan, place the stage, screens and production areas, and seat the room in sections that count themselves.

The same design produces a 2D floorplan PDF for the venue and the crew, and a 3D walkthrough for the client.

Free plan, no credit card. Nothing to install.

Start with the real room

  • Place a venue from the catalog of real conference rooms, ballrooms and exhibit halls.
  • Or import the venue's floorplan as a PDF or image, trace one known distance to set its scale, and design on top of it. Floorplan import is on every plan.
  • Or draw the room: finished walls with real doors, one-click ceilings and floors, and airwalls that split a ballroom.

Seating layouts that count themselves

  • The Audience Builder turns one section setup — rows, seat size, rake, aisles — into straight rows, curved rows, rows with tables or banquet rounds.
  • Every chair knows its row and seat number, so capacity is a count, not an estimate.
  • The Event Wizard fits a starting layout to the room and the headcount for a General Session or a Breakout, and updates the capacity as you drag the walls and the stage line.
  • Chair View puts you in any seat to check the sightline.

Production areas on the plan

Place the stage, LED walls and screens, FOH, truss and chain hoists, drape lines and stanchion queues on the same plan, at their real size, so clearances and walkways are measured rather than guessed.

Documents and sharing

  • Spec Sheet: a per-project document that fills itself in from the design, with a live floorplan, product lists and video surfaces.
  • 2D floorplan PDF on every plan.
  • Share Mode link: the client walks the 3D floor plan in a browser with no account.
  • GLB and FBX scene export, in beta on Pro and Enterprise.

Questions we get

Can I import an existing venue floor plan?

Yes. Import a PDF or image, trace one known distance, type its length in feet and inches or meters, and the plan lies under the floor at true scale for you to design on.

Does EVT3D count seats?

Yes. Seating is generated in sections where every chair has a row and seat number, and the Event Wizard shows the capacity as you change the room.

Can I get a 2D floor plan out of EVT3D?

Yes. Every project has a Spec Sheet with a live floorplan, and every plan includes a 2D floorplan PDF.

Is EVT3D a CAD replacement?

No. It doesn't produce stamped or engineered plan sets. It covers concept, proposal, approval and pre-production, and exports GLB or FBX (beta, Pro and Enterprise) for the tools that follow.
